Diet - Jet
Lag Diet. Avoid carbonated beverages. |

+ / - shift bed time to accommodate place you are
traveling to, 2 to 3 nights before departure. |

up and walk / isotonic exercise every 1 to
2 hours when awake. |

Sleep
on the plane - ear plugs, sleep mask, neck
rests, + / - Imovane (Rx), comfy socks. |
